• An understanding of privilege and intersectionality and how to leverage it to create more inclusive businesses.
• Tips and tricks for advocating for underrepresented communities and promoting diversity and inclusion.

• A guide on how to make conscious sales and revenue decisions in your business
• Insights into current issues faced by the LGBTQ+ community, including those around marriage equality and trans rights.

The program goes for 5 weeks, and everything is designed to see you have small wins each week to work your way towards a radical shift in your business.

Each week, we'll dive into a video training between 10-20 minutes. Some weeks, there might be another 30 minutes worth of tasks to complete, other weeks will be less.

But remember, genuine allyship is a lifelong commitment. That's why you'll have lifetime access to all of the training content (as well as any updates I make)

Treating all customers equally is an important starting point, but there is more to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for LGBTQ+ customers than just treating everyone the same. I have spent 10 years working in the wedding industry, which is where I was exposed to just how heteronormative business can be (often unintentionally).
