In this module, we’ll cover:

• An understanding of privilege and intersectionality and how to leverage it to create more inclusive businesses.
• Tips and tricks for advocating for underrepresented communities and promoting diversity and inclusion.
• Hank's trademark allyship framework to help you become a confident and powerful ally in all walks of life
• A guide on how to make conscious sales and revenue decisions in your business
• Insights into current issues faced by the LGBTQ+ community, including those around marriage equality and trans rights.
• The motivation you need to keep up the good work on this lifelong journey

The program goes for 5 weeks, and everything is designed to see you have small wins each week to work your way towards a radical shift in your business.

Each week, we'll dive into a video training between 10-20 minutes. Some weeks, there might be another 30 minutes worth of tasks to complete, other weeks will be less.

But remember, genuine allyship is a lifelong commitment. That's why you'll have lifetime access to all of the training content.

You might. If your target market tends to be closed-minded about LGBTQ+ inclusion, this might affect your business in the short term as you pivot towards being more inclusive.

Treating all customers equally is an important starting point, but there is more to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for LGBTQ+ customers than just treating everyone the same. I have spent 10 years working in the wedding industry, which is where I was exposed to just how heteronormative business can be (often unintentionally). Since I first started teaching Allyship to businesses, I have worked with entrepreneurs and small businesses from all different sectors, including financial advisors, copywriters, online educators and other service-based businesses.
